My end-users cant access Sleekplan (product.knack.com) in Chrome

My end users are reporting that when they try to access our Sleekplan instance (product.knack.com) are NOT able to see it... Please help us resolve this... We use sleekplan for feature request gathering/submission as well as all of our weekly Release Notes
