Add filter type of "category" to moderation

Description: In addition to the 2 existing filters, I would also like to have a "category" filter available to sort through feedback by. Problem: We have a lot of feedback to go through and multiple team members moderating who are responsible for different categories. It is not always easy to tell what category an item belongs to until we view it which can be tedious. Benefit: It would make our moderation more efficient and enjoyable.
