Category & template locked

Description: When a customer registrer feedback I want the category set to a a default, and the corresponding template to be choosen Problem: If the user writes tekst, and then is forced to chose category, the templete overwrites everything. The warning given is difficult to understand, and the reult is not poosikle to reverse. Benefit: Much better user experience!
