One of the best things Intercom did when they launched their Articles tool was knowing that they were competiting with Zendesk and providing a specific tool to scrape and import all the articles across to their platform. It would seem you have many customers coming across from Canny (espically after their latest price hike) and making it super simple with one click to import over feedback and changelog items would be huge. It seems there is a lot of manual handling to make this happen at this stage.
