Embed posts & changelog updates using a dropdown menu

This action requires having the post ID but when commenting on a post you don't necessarily have it at that exact moment. So what I would suggest is when this action pops up, it will open a search option to choose the exact post. (Similar to how you type # in Slack and it opens up the channel selection)
