Option to not show internal edits & comments on posts as comments

I often need to edit the wording of posts for various reasons, generally because the original wording isn't "customer-friendly". Currently all of these edits show up as comments on the public post, which defeats the purpose of the edits. It would be great to be able to mark an update an "internal" so that it only shows up as an internal comment. I work around this by just deleting those comments manually but it would be good to have the history It would actually be great to be able to do internal comments too; like you can on most CRMs
