@voyc_liane, it seems there might be an issue with the default status setting on the Feedback settings page.
Could you please check the value of the "Default Status" option? By default, it should be set to either "All" or "All (not closed)."
Ah, I see.. It was blank. I've changed it to "All" and that's fixed it thanks.. I can't remember if I edited it to be blank though, sorry
