We have noticed that some customers will use the satistfaction survye to submit an issue to us. Far from ideal, but it's what they do.
Currently, though, I don't see a way that we can view an individual satisfaction survey submission and respond to it.
The referring URL box also gets cut off so it's hard for us to see where they were when they submitted it.
It also seems that the information they write on the survey get's truncated.
