When creating a new Changelog post it's often necessary to save it as a draft and continue editing later. Having the Publish button instantly publish the changelog post without any additional warning to ensure that was the intended user selection can be a but problematic. I realize this is a user error of selecting the wrong button, but given that Save Draft and Publish are right next to each other and there is no delay in it going public or dispatching emails *(depending on your settings)* it can be quite stressful if this happens. My suggestion would be a dialog box that appears when seleting Publish to confirm that the user is intending to take that action, something like: "Are you sure that you want to publish this changelog?"
