Tags search is case sensitive

Expected Behavior when entering search terms for tags on an item of feedback, results should not be case sensitive. Current Behavior results are case sensitive e.g. if i type "video calls" as my query, the tag. Video calls does not show as a suggested result. Possible Solution Steps to Reproduce Have an existing set up that has both upper and lowercase characters e.g. Video calls Open an item of feedback Click on Add tags Enter a search term that matches the tag in step one, but type it in all lowercase e.g. video calls Context (Environment) i'm trying to add an existing tag on a piece of feedback
