Currently if you delete a status or category any items that were within it go into an N/A status. Since it is not a status that you can filter/search by, it's very difficult to go back and find feedback or otherwise that's now "N/A" and select a new status/category. When deleting a status/category the user should have the option to remap/move items into a different status which would help avoid things ending up "N/A".
