ChangeLog emails do not show the embedded call to action link

Emails sent to subscribers with announcements do not show the "call to action" link embeded in the post. The user needs to visit the website/widget to see them. Currenly on the email template there is the code for the link to the post.

Could there be a similar option for a post "action" link? eg
