Persistent Satisfaction Pop-Up for Unanswered Users

**Issue:** We have noticed that some users close the satisfaction pop-up window without providing feedback. As a result, we miss out on valuable insights that could help us enhance our services. Currently, there is no mechanism in place to re-engage users who have closed the pop-up without responding. **Feature Request:** We propose the implementation of a feature that allows us to show the satisfaction pop-up window again to users who closed it without providing feedback, specifically on the following day/week/month. This would give us another opportunity to gather their input and improve our understanding of their user experience. - Users who close the satisfaction pop-up without responding should be targeted. - The pop-up should reappear for these users on a speicific time (i.e the following day) - Users who have already provided feedback should not be affected by this re-engagement mechanism.
