Schedules: let Sleekmate run your recurring work

Some questions come back every week: what came in, what gained votes, what still needs a reply. Schedules let you ask once. Sleekmate then runs your instructions for you, every Monday at 09:00, every weekday evening, or the moment something happens in your workspace. A schedule is a set of instructions plus a trigger. Use it for a weekly feedback digest, a daily triage of new posts, or a first look at every NPS response. https://youtu.be/7AKtzAsa_3s What you get Runs on your timetable. Every hour, every day, every weekday, every week or every month, at the time you pick and in your timezone. Or the moment something happens. Posts, comments, votes, customers, changelog entries and NPS, CSAT or survey responses can all start a run, and Sleekmate gets the event's details with your instructions. Every run is a Sleekmate conversation. It shows up in your conversation list under the schedule's name, so you can read what Sleekmate did and keep the conversation going. You stay in control. By default a run asks before it creates, edits, merges or deletes anything, and the approval waits for you as long as it takes. Turn on Run without approval only for instructions you fully trust. Run now. Test a schedule, or run it outside its usual time, with one click. Guardrails built in. Changes a scheduled run makes never start your schedules again, one event starts a schedule at most once in 10 minutes, and a schedule runs at most 20 times an hour. Yours alone. Your schedules are private, and every run acts with your own permissions. Getting started Go to Settings → My Account → Schedules and click New schedule, or just ask Sleekmate: "Every Monday at 9, summarize last week's new feedback." Read the guide Available on the Starter plan and above, for everyone on your team, as long as Sleekmate is turned on for your workspace. Each run uses Intelligence credits, just like a message you send yourself.
