Insights: build your own analytics dashboards
Every team has a handful of numbers it checks every week: how much feedback came in, what people voted for, what shipped, and how customers feel about it. Insights puts those numbers on one page, arranged the way your team reads them. A dashboard is a page of insights: one number or one chart each, built from your posts, votes, completed requests, page views, NPS and CSAT. Build one for your weekly product review, one for support, one for a launch. https://youtu.be/LISHwJkkFvw What you get Eight metrics to start from. New posts, votes, completed posts, time to complete, top posts, page views, NPS and CSAT. Three ways to look at each one. A single number compared with the previous period, a line or column chart over time, or a breakdown by category, status, component, page, NPS group or CSAT reaction, drawn as bars, a donut or a share bar. A layout you arrange yourself. Drag insights around the grid and resize them from the corner. Nothing is saved until you click Done. Filters for the whole dashboard. Narrow every insight to one category, status or component at once. Filters are saved with the dashboard, and everyone picks their own date range. A head start. Begin with the Overview template and its eight ready-made insights, or with a blank page. Shared or private. Share a dashboard with the whole workspace, or keep it to yourself with Only me. From the number to the request. Every post in a top posts list opens with one click. Getting started Open Analytics → Insights and click New dashboard. Read the guide Creating and editing dashboards is available on the Business plan and above, for Owners and Admins. Members can open every dashboard shared with the workspace.
