See the demand, the revenue and the customers behind a request
A vote count tells you how many people clicked. It never tells you who they were, what they pay you, or whether anyone still cares. Post insights is a new tab on every feedback post. It reads the request against your own board, so "a lot of votes" means a lot for your workspace, not for someone else's. What you get A one-line verdict at the top: where the post sits in your board's demand, what it is worth, and the loudest single signal attached to it. Below five votes it tells you it is too early rather than inventing a conclusion. Votes per week for the last year, with markers for status changes and merges, so a sudden spike comes with its explanation instead of a mystery. The accounts behind it. Groups counts companies rather than people, so five voters from one customer count once. Every row links to that group's profile. Revenue at stake. Group and customer revenue combined, counted once per account, shown as a share of your whole board's MRR. It works whether you track revenue on customers, on groups, or on a mix of both. Top customers: your ten highest-paying voters with their account, the urgency they chose and their MRR. The list to open before a renewal call. Urgency, segments and voter happiness. How badly they want it, which segments they belong to, and the CSAT and NPS scores of the people asking. Comment sentiment, with the most recent concern quoted and one click away from its context. Views, emails, revenue and time in status now sit permanently in the post sidebar, next to the discussion. Open any post and switch to Insights.
