September 2026 - Updates
September was Sleekmate's biggest month yet โ smarter attribution, reusable skills, a voice input, and a wave of reliability fixes that make every part of the product feel tighter. ๐ Highlights Insights: build your own analytics dashboards Every team has a handful of numbers it checks every week. Insights lets you build the charts that matter to yours โ comments over time, response rates, status changes, changelog views and more โ and save them as a dashboard you can come back to. Company Groups โ automatic, and now fully API-managed Groups can now be formed automatically from your customers' email domains, so every user from acme.com lands in the Acme group without any manual work. The Groups API lets you create, update, delete and assign members programmatically. The Impact Score now weighs a request higher when it comes from multiple different companies. Sleekmate Skills โ reusable instructions for your whole team You can now save any Sleekmate task as a skill: a short name, a description of when to use it, and the full instructions. Skills are private by default and shareable with your team. A teammate's skill appears in Sleekmate's list and runs exactly as you wrote it โ your weekly review, your triage flow, your changelog voice, all in one place. ๐ Features See the demand, the revenue and the customers behind a request โ per-post insights show which companies voted, their estimated revenue, and how many distinct accounts are behind a request. Take a changelog entry down without deleting it โ unpublish a live entry to take it offline while keeping it in your archive. Customer attribution for the AI Agent โ feedback submitted through Sleekmate is now linked to the right customer, so votes and posts show up in their profile. AI Agent can vote on existing requests โ instead of creating a duplicate, Sleekmate upvotes the matching post on the customer's behalf. Documents API โ create, update and delete plans, specs and research notes from your own backend. Selective webhook subscriptions โ subscribe only to the events you actually need instead of receiving every workspace event. Team notifications via Sleekmate โ Sleekmate can now notify team members directly to their Sleekplan inbox (and email if they've opted in). Getting-started page for new accounts โ new workspaces land on a guided setup page with the option to go through it with Sleekmate or explore freely. Voice input in Sleekmate โ tap the microphone and speak for up to two minutes; the transcript lands directly in the message field. โ Improvements The moderation queue now shows the owner avatar on each entry so you can see at a glance who has picked it up, with an owner filter. Sleek AI suggestions in moderation are now shown for review before a post goes live, instead of being applied silently. @-mentioning a document in Sleekmate causes it to read the document before answering. Sleekmate is faster and uses fewer credits per response. Portal SEO improvements: correct canonical URLs and rich-snippet markup per post; outbound links in posts, comments and changelog entries are now marked as user-generated. ๐ฅ Bug fixes Posting or voting via the public API using an email address now correctly attributes the action to the right customer. Draft and scheduled changelog entries are no longer reachable via their direct URL before they are published. Email confirmation and unsubscribe links in notification emails work again. Survey completion rates are calculated correctly โ only respondents who reached the final screen are counted. Account settings (display name, notification preferences) save reliably and no longer overwrite each other. The CSV importer no longer stalls on tags; failed imports are cleared from the queue automatically. "This post" context in the Sleekmate quick-chat works correctly again. Commenting on a post with an assigned owner no longer triggers a slow background process in the widget. SSO sign-in performance is improved for large workspaces. Long category names truncate correctly in the three-column feedback view. resetUser() now fully clears the widget session on logout. The sign-in overlay on the portal can be dismissed again when voting, subscribing or commenting. The sitemap now includes all feedback posts, even when the board has date display turned off. Sleek AI no longer edits pending posts directly โ suggestions are queued for review. Approving multiple Sleekmate changes at once works correctly. Sleekmate approval cards no longer expire before you can act on them. Long URLs wrap correctly inside the chat bubble. Sleekmate's "find similar posts" and "get voters" actions work again. Large feedback boards no longer cause memory issues in Sleekmate conversations. Links to customer profiles and surveys in Sleekmate responses open correctly. The Sleekmate panel refreshes correctly after navigating away from and back to Settings.
