Adding a description to a category would let the user know what type of feedback/suggestions should be submitted

Please implement as option, date in just universal format: dd.mm.YYYY (Europe) or mm.dd.YYYY (US+). No need to translate it then (for now lack of frontend translations is most urgent issue here). If it will be implemented, changelog widget would be useful for everyone then withou
