Add the possibility to edit the names of Tags

We would like to request an enhancement to our current tagging system to include the ability to set privacy settings on individual custom tags. Presently, we can only designate all tags as either private or public, limiting our flexibility in managing internal and external visibi

It should be possible to add tags to changelog posts like its possible for feature requests. Also it should be possible to subscribe specific tags only and to filter changelog posts by tags.

I can segment based on satisfaction, but not NPS. Would be great to segment with NPS score as criteria

If we utilize CSAT group IDs, they typically follow the format of group_name. It would be highly beneficial to provide an option to assign them a more user-friendly name, such as "Feature A Responses"
