Subscribe to the changelog category

Description: Users can currently only subscribe to the changelog globally. There is no way to filter notifications by category, which means users receive updates for features that are irrelevant to their profile or usage. Problem: Training centers using YParéo are often specialized — some manage apprenticeships, others focus on continuing education or initial training. A global changelog subscription exposes all users to all release notes, regardless of relevance. This creates notification noise that leads users to unsubscribe entirely, reducing engagement with updates that actually matter to them. Benefit: Allowing users to subscribe to specific changelog categories would significantly improve the signal-to-noise ratio of notifications. Users would stay subscribed longer, engage more meaningfully with relevant updates, and feel that the product communication is tailored to their context. It would also help product teams measure interest per feature area more accurately.
