Require survey completion before closing in-app widget

Description: Add an optional setting in the in-app widget that enforces survey completion before the pop-up can be dismissed. When enabled, users must finish and submit the survey to close the widget. Problem: Users currently dismiss the survey pop-up immediately, resulting in low completion rates and unreliable feedback. There is no way to prevent closing the widget without completing the survey. Benefit: This feature increases survey completion rates by preventing premature dismissal, improving data quality and the effectiveness of in-app feedback collection while giving admins control via a simple configuration toggle.
