Add custom fields to the post submission form

Description: I want to add custom fields to the post submission form of our Sleekplan workspace so I can collect additional structured information. While templates are available, users often don't follow the suggested format in a free text field. I'd like to have form field types such as dropdowns, single or multi-choice options, text fields, or inputs. Each custom field should also support being marked as required or optional. Problem: Users are not following the template or are missing important information that's needed for proper processing or categorization of feedback. Benefit: This would ensure we gather consistent and complete information from users when they submit posts. It would reduce back-and-forth follow-ups and improve the quality and usefulness of submitted feedback.
