Groups: see your feedback by account
Twenty upvotes on a request could be twenty trial signups, or three of your biggest accounts. Groups tell you which. A group is the account a customer belongs to: a company, a team, or a workspace inside a larger company. Once your customers are grouped, the numbers you already track roll up per account instead of stopping at the individual. What you get A tab for every kind of group next to Customers. Companies, Teams, or whatever your own system calls them, sitting alongside your individual customers. Members, MRR, posts, votes, comments, CSAT and NPS per account, plus the most recent activity from anyone in it. Satisfaction and promoter scores average only the people who actually answered, so a member who was never asked doesn't drag the account down. A profile for every group, with its member list, a combined activity feed of everything its members have done, and a panel for type, weight, MRR and your own custom fields. Search and sorting across the whole list, so you can go straight to your largest accounts or the ones that have gone quiet. Where groups come from Groups arrive automatically from single sign-on. Add a groups array to the token you already sign, and each sign-in creates or updates the account and puts the customer in it. Sync only ever adds, so a login can never undo what your CRM or your team set by hand. You can also manage membership yourself from either side: the Groups tab on a customer, or the Members tab on a group. A customer can belong to several groups at once, for example a company and a team inside it. Learn more: https://sleekplan.com/help/account-security/groups
