Introducing Documents: the thinking behind your feedback, in one place ๐Ÿ“

A feedback post tells you what someone asked for. It cannot hold the research you did, the options you rejected, or the reason you went the other way. Documents can. ๐Ÿ“ Documents are internal, and they live next to the requests they inform. Write a PRD, a spec, a decision record or a set of research notes, format it with Markdown or the slash menu, then link it to the posts it belongs to. Your users never see them. Every save is kept as a version, so you can open any earlier one, see exactly which words changed, and put it back. Nothing is ever overwritten. What you get One place to find everything. A dedicated Documents screen with title search, a type filter, and separate views for drafts, published and archived Linked to the work. Attach a document to any feedback post from either side, and see what is attached right on the post Eight built-in types. Knowledge Base, PRD, Spec, Plan, Research, Decision, Summary and Project. Rename them, recolour them, or add your own Full version history. Word-level diffs between versions, and restore any earlier one without losing what came after Documents are available on the Starter plan and above. Open Documents โ†’ and write your first one.
