Introducing Directory Sync (SCIM)
Sleekplan now supports Directory Sync (SCIM). Connect Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, OneLogin, or any SCIM directory once, and your identity provider keeps Sleekplan up to date on its own. People who join a team get access. People who leave lose it. Nobody has to remember. Sync your team, or your portal users A directory connection serves one of two audiences, and you pick which: Your team โ syncs dashboard seats. New hires in the right group arrive as Members, with no invitation email to chase, because they sign in with SSO. Your portal users โ syncs the customers and staff who vote, post, and comment on your board. You decide who gets synced by assigning the Sleekplan app to specific users or groups in your provider, so there's no second list to maintain on our side. Attributes become segments Map an attribute like department in your provider and it lands on the portal user. Add a matching custom field and you can segment your board by department, office, or job title without tagging a single person by hand. Offboarding that actually happens Remove someone from the group and their access goes with them: a team seat is released, a portal record is anonymized. Workspace owners are never removed by a directory, so losing access to your identity provider can't lock you out of your own workspace. No more chasing invites for new hires, and no more discovering six months later that someone who left still has a seat. Getting started Available on Business. Each SAML single sign-on add-on now covers one SSO connection and one directory. Book a second if you want to sync both audiences, or if you authenticate through more than one identity provider. Set it up in Settings โ Access Management. ๐ Setup guide: https://sleekplan.com/help/account-security/directory-sync#set-up-directory-sync-scim
