New Improvements & Bug Fixes 🚧

We’ve been working behind the scenes to fix some pesky bugs and improve the overall experience across key parts of the platform. Here’s what we’ve resolved in the past month: Email Notification Statuses: Some users noticed that email notifications were incorrectly showing feedback items as “Open” even after they were marked as “Completed.” This issue has now been fixed, so notifications reflect the correct status moving forward. Survey Conditional Logic: We identified and resolved an issue affecting the conditional logic used in surveys. In certain cases, logic tied to multi-select and single-choice questions wasn’t working as expected. Logic-based flows should now behave correctly and consistently. CSV Export Issues Exporting data is a crucial part of managing feedback, and we’ve fixed a bug that caused corrupted CSV files and missing data fields during export. Your exported reports should now contain complete and accurate information. SSL Certificate for Custom Domains: A configuration issue was preventing some users from establishing secure connections to their custom domains. We’ve resolved the SSL certificate problem to ensure smooth and secure access for all custom domains. Thanks as always for your reports and suggestions, they help us keep Sleekplan running smoothly.
